Certified thermoplastics with patented formulations – short fibre pellets (cellulose, glass, carbon, etc.) Bioplastics, general plastics, high-quality plastics resistant to high temperatures. We are able to process the final surface according to your ideas and requirements.

CUBEBOX is a storage robotic system for automatic loading and unloading of parts, which we can easily integrate into machine tools. The robot cell is intuitive to use thanks to the RoboCAM control system with a touch screen. Compatibility with common control systems (Fanuc, Siemens, Heidenhain, etc.)

Complete additional services such as preparation of automatic clamping of semi-finished products in the machine, door automation, adaptation of clamping jigs, measuring, deburring or rinsing of the finished part, etc. Streamlining of production is achieved by eliminating errors and rejects, which gives the customer a quick financial return and the possibility of further work changes.

The lathes are of Italian production from the environment of a family company. High stability of each model series with the option of sub-spindle, Y-axis, tailstock or just driven tools.  AXILE’s 5-axis machines are characterized by excellent ergonomics, as the roof of the machine opens automatically for excellent crane handling. The machine can be obtained with a wide range of palletizing options and with the MILL&TURN version.

Hartford machines with many years of experience in the production of machine tools offer a great price-performance ratio. Three-axis CNC centers are available with linear or slide guides with sufficient dynamics for precise interpolations, shaped surfaces as well as roughing operations. An additional 4 – 5 axes can be supplied to the machines at favourable prices to expand the technological capabilities of the machine. Upon request, we can also supply a robotic arm for all types of Hartford machines for the possibility of robotization.

Gantry centers are available with the option of placing the head in a pick-up truck to maintain the vertical spindle. Machines with slide guides are equipped with a two-speed gearbox to achieve the maximum volume of material removed.
