Sale of a standard range of tools and accessories We offer a wide range of standard HSS, HM and PCD tools. Starting with saw and groove blades for solid wood or agglomerated materials, separate end and disc milling cutters, milling assemblies for door and window construction, drills, tool chucks and tool accessories. We represent the companies FREZITE, UNIMERCO and TIGRA in terms of business and technology. We also offer standard shank tools of our own production, the portfolio of which is gradually expanding.

Design and manufacture of special tools

According to the needs of our customers, we provide the production of special tools – saw blades, disc mills, milling assemblies, end mills, drills, profile knives and tool clamps. We take a comprehensive approach to tool design. The design is preceded by mutual consultation for a proper understanding of the customer’s issues. Subsequently, based on our experience, an initial proposal is prepared and consulted. The successful completion of the whole process is the production of the tool. Our priority is for the customer to benefit from the proposed solution by simplifying production, reducing production times, increasing the quality of machining, improving the working environment. An integral part of the design and production of tools is their development and research activities. We participate in research activities with several domestic and foreign academic institutions.

Angle heads for CNC machines

We offer a wide range of angle heads from BENZ for CNC machines. Their use significantly expands the production capabilities of the machine and they are a solution for some complex technological operations such as constant groove depth when the material thickness fluctuates or milling or drilling into the bottom surface of the part. The units can have multiple outputs, reducing tool change times and increasing machine utilization. The connectivity of angle heads is for all industrially used machines such as BIESSE, FELDER, HOMAG, HOLZ-HER, MASTERWOOD, MORBIDELLI, SCM, WEEKE and others. A custom angle head can be designed for the specific requirements of the milling and technological process. Drilling heads with specific pitches and number of outputs can also be supplied for industrial applications.

We offer our customers support for the deployment of our standard tools in the production process. Based on the technological equipment used, the material to be machined and the method of production, we can recommend the initial technological parameters of the cutting process, such as speed, feed rate and material removal values. As well as the appropriate way of clamping the tool and workpiece. For special tools, technological support is automatically created from the beginning of the tool design.

For all supplied woodworking tools, we provide complete service and sharpening of HSS, HM tools. PCD tools are serviced at the highest possible level directly by the tool manufacturer.
