What is MASAM doing at an altitude of 10,000 meters?
As a company, we don’t fly—except when our employees go on vacation—but the results of our work regularly head up to an altitude of 10,000 meters. We represent the crucial step behind the safety and precision of selected aircraft components. At MASAM, we manufacture precise prototypes, production fixtures, and molds for the development, testing, and production of aerospace components and assemblies trusted by the biggest players in aviation.
Technologies Shaping Aerospace Components
In projects of this scale, it’s not just about capacity; it’s about the ability to tackle non-standard challenges. Complex mold shapes, thin-walled parts, and intricate geometries require more than just conventional methods.
At MASAM, we rely on years of experience and advanced 5-axis machining, allowing us to process even the most complex details with micron-level precision. For special aerospace alloys and hard-to-machine materials, we design and produce our own custom cutting tools. This enables us to deliver prototypes and fixtures that meet the most demanding customer requirements.
Tough Challenges Are Better Solved as a Team
No matter how advanced your machinery and technology may be, you can’t do everything alone in the aerospace sector. The greatest engineering challenges require a strong team and close collaboration. That is why joining the Moravian Aerospace Cluster was a natural step forward for us.
Through this membership, we gained not only official recognition but also a solid place among the elite of the Central European aerospace industry. For our customers, it is another compelling reason to launch a new project with us.
Personal Contact Matters Most
Cluster membership only makes sense when it brings real value to everyone involved. At MASAM, we believe that the best engineering solutions come from personal conversations—when we sit down at the same table with a client and discuss their challenges face-to-face.
That is why we actively seek out opportunities to meet in person. Our latest stop was participating in the international forum ADM Brno 2026 (Aerospace & Defense Meetings). Our delegates, Ľuboš Brieška and Frédéric Demet, held dozens of intensive business meetings and established valuable new connections.
“The modern era brings ever-newer and more advanced technologies that allow us to communicate very efficiently in the online world. However, we are still human beings made of ‘flesh and bones,’ which is why face-to-face contact and open discussion at one table remain the most effective tools for building mutual trust and finding common ground…” Ľuboš Brieška, Plant Manager at MASAM
