BALL NOSE END MILLS 2- AND 4-FLUTE

We have expanded our product range to include ball nose end mills and end mills designed for machining hard materials. The ball nose end mills are available in two-flute or four-flute versions, all featuring center-cutting edges and a 30° helix angle. As standard, they are equipped with a plain shank in accordance with DIN 6535 HA; however, versions with a Weldon flat or reduced neck are also available upon request. These end mills are recommended for machining steel, cast iron, and stainless steel materials with hardness up to 55 HRC and tensile strength up to 1600 N/mm². They are also suitable for machining aluminum. The geometry of these tools is γ 30° and γ 8°, with the option of selecting from several types of coatings.

For more demanding applications, we offer end mills designed for machining hard materials. These tools are available in diameters up to D16 mm and are equipped with two center-cutting flutes and a 20° helix angle. In the D16 mm diameter version, the end mills are four-flute, with two flutes extending to the center. In this case as well, the shank conforms to DIN 6535 HA, while versions with a Weldon flat and reduced neck are also available on request. These end mills are intended for hardened steel, cast iron, and stainless steel materials with hardness up to 65 HRC, and they are also suitable for materials with hardness up to 55 HRC. The tool geometry is γ 20° and γ 0°.
