DEBURRING MILLS

Specialized tools designed for effective chamfering of edges when machining various materials. ideal for steels, cast iron, stainless steels as well as non-ferrous materials (copper and aluminum). All tools are supplied as standard with a smooth shank according to the DIN 6535 HA standard, while a version with a Weldon clamping surface or with a lightened shank (on selected types) can be supplied on request.

One-sided 90° and 60° deburring mills

Compact single-sided miter saws with four cutting edges are designed for precise mitering of edges at an angle of 90° or 60°. They are suitable for a wide range of materials, including steel, cast iron, stainless steel up to 55 HRC, as well as copper and aluminum. Geometry with an angle of λ 0° ensures stability and precision during machining.

High-performance single-sided 90° deburring mills

These impactors with five blades and spiral geometry (λ 15° to 30°) are designed for more demanding operations, including machining blanks or when working on less rigid machines. They provide smooth operation and high resistance even at higher shots. Recommended use: steel, cast iron, stainless steel up to 55 HRC

Double-sided deburring mills 90°

Double-sided deburrinf mills with four blades enable edge beveling from both sides, increasing production efficiency. Geometry with an angle of λ 0° ensures stability and precision during machining. They are specially marked with the “<” sign on the head of the tool, which makes identification easier. Variants with a lighter shaft are also available.
