RADIUS MILLS

Radius mills are designed for precise rounding of edges and smooth transitions between surfaces. They are characterized by a 3-4 blade design, while the range of use of cutting edges reaches up to 250°, which guarantees high versatility in various machining operations.

These mills are supplied as standard with a smooth shank according to DIN 6535 HA. On request, the tool can also be made with a Weldon clamping surface or with a lightened shaft. The geometry of the tool is designed for universal use: λ = 0°, γ = 0°, which ensures stability and uniform engagement during milling.

The mills are suitable for machining a wide range of materials, including steel, cast iron and stainless steel with a hardness of up to 55 HRC and a strength of up to 1600 N/mm². They can also be used for machining softer materials such as aluminum.
