Their special spherical end enables precise milling even in hard-to-reach places.
These tools are equipped with 4 cutting edges with effective use in the range of up to 250°, which ensures smooth operation and a long service life.
As standard, they are supplied with a smooth DIN 6535 HA clamping shank, while a version with a Weldon clamping surface or with a lightened shank can be supplied on request, which increases the flexibility of use in different types of machines.
Spherical mills are recommended for machining steel, cast iron and stainless steel with hardness up to 55 HRC and strength up to 1600 N/mm². Thanks to their versatility, they are also suitable for machining softer materials such as aluminum.
