TOOLSTEEL CYLINDRICAL END MILLS

TOOLSTEEL cylindrical end mills are equipped with four cutting edges, two of which point towards the center, and with a multi-spiral geometry with uneven tooth pitch. The tools are ground and ensure high accuracy and efficient machining even in demanding conditions. In the standard version, it is designed for machining hard, difficult-to-machine materials, while in the premium version it achieves excellent results even when machining softer materials. The clamping shank is made according to DIN 6535 HA (smooth), but on request it is possible to supply a variant with a Weldon clamping surface and with a shank relief. Two coating variants are available for a wider range of machinable materials. The milling cutter is suitable for machining tool steels, wear-resistant materials such as Hardox and Toolox, as well as structural and unalloyed steels or cast iron. The tooth geometry with angles of 35°/38°/36°/37° and a γ value of 7° ensures optimal cutting performance and long tool life.
